Skills and attributes for success
- You are fluent in French (C1 level) and have professional proficiency in English (B2 level)
- You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
- You excel in performing various administrative task
- You are very proactive and open-minded

Your key responsibilities
As an executive assistant you will play crucial role in a business by being ‘’right-hand person’’ of key company executive with tasks as:
- calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls)
- preparing presentations and reports
- travel and Expenses arrangement for your directors
- understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives
- delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact
