EIS Developer in Insurance Project (Warsaw/Hybrid)
As part of our Technology Consulting practice, we are seeking experienced professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative for a leading Insurance Client. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project focused on core insurance system transformation, process and product implementation, and the integration of modern digital insurance capabilities.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop components of the EIS v12 platform.
- Integrate with external systems (e.g., banking, accounting, payment gateways).
- Participate in code reviews, demos, and technical discussions.
- Support DevOps activities and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work in Agile methodology within large, multi-team environments.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables

Skills and attributes for success:
- Solid experience in backend development (Java, Spring Boot).
- Hands-on experience with EIS v12 or similar insurance platforms.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Ability to work in complex, shared environments.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
- Experience in insurance or finance domain is a plus.
- Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in large-scale enterprise projects.
- Willingness to grow into a Tech Lead role.
- Openness to occasional travel (outside of Europe)
