As a CRM & E-CRM Executive at CMC Markets, you will own the build, optimisation, and reporting of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that reach millions of clients worldwide. Based in Warsaw, you’ll report to the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager and collaborate daily with product, data, and regional marketing teams. Your mission: leverage Braze to deliver personalised customer journeys that drive activation, retention, and lifetime value across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimise email, push, in-app, and SMS flows in Braze, using advanced segmentation, Liquid logic, and Canvas journeys.
- Execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement, conversion, and CLTV.
- Maintain flawless campaign QA: rendering checks, link testing, data accuracy, and GDPR/ CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Monitor deliverability, inbox placement, and spam rates; implement best-practice fixes to keep delivery 98 % and complaints 0.1 %.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and localisation teams to ensure timely asset delivery and consistent global branding.
- Document all workflows and maintain a knowledge base of templates, snippets, and SLA playbooks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ hands-on experience with Braze (or equivalent enterprise CRM platform).
- Solid grasp of lifecycle marketing concepts: segmentation, personalisation, deliverability, and data hygiene.
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email, basic SQL for audience queries, and familiarity with Liquid or Handlebars templating.
- Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Excel) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken); Polish or other European language a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail, proven ability to juggle multiple projects against tight SLAs.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for marketing technology and continuous optimisation.
- Exposure to scripting or low-code automation or HTML, CSS for campaign ops.
- Languages: Polish, French or German languages
