About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of digital content and campaign management across Swarovski.com. Your core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinating and managing the implementation of website campaigns, contents and promotions ensuring a seamless and error-free customer experience.
- Overseeing the day-to-day performance of the external site trading agency to guarantee timely, accurate, and cost-effective campaign launches.
- Utilizing planning tools and platforms such as SAP Hybris CMS, Jira and Figma for content coordination and maintenance.
- Conducting thorough testing across mobile and desktop platforms—verifying content accuracy, functionality, design consistency, and brand alignment.
- Leading and supporting key initiatives such as rollouts of omnichannel features and CRM-related enhancements.
- Providing strategic and operational support for all aspects of website and CMS improvements.
- Acting as a key partner and subject matter expert within the organization for all matters related to eCommerce content management, with a specialization in promotional setup.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across Brand Management, IT, and Customer Service to streamline content operations and drive digital excellence.
About You:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong service mindset and a passion for digital retail. You bring:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce or Customer Service roles, preferably within a consumer brand or retail environment.
- A strong customer-first attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable digital experiences.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (preferably SAP Hybris) and familiarity with digital campaign operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities and coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
