About the Role
Philanthropy is ripe for transformation. Donors face outdated systems, lack of trust, and friction in giving. As Director, you will build platforms that make giving instant, transparent, and inspiring—using ZEN’s full product suite.
You will lead strategy, execution, partnerships, and P&L, building solutions that serve NGOs, charities, and donors worldwide.
Responsibilities
Define and deliver the donation and crowdfunding strategy.
Build secure, transparent tools for instant giving.
Partner with NGOs and community organizations at board level.
Lead a team dedicated to growth and impact delivery.
Own the vertical P&L, ensuring sustainable scale.
Requirements
10+ years in fintech, nonprofit fundraising tech, or payments.
Deep expertise in compliance and donor trust.
Global network with NGOs, charities, and platforms.
Proven ability to innovate in regulated environments.
