Job Description Summary
As a Director - Digital Transformation Product Management - Logistics, you will lead the digital product portfolio for the logistics domain within Integrated Supply Chain & Services (ISC&S), overseeing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. In this role, you will also define and execute a digital product vision and strategy aligned with the ISC&S operating model, ensuring delivery of scalable, reusable, and interoperable solutions.As a As a Director - Digital Transformation Product Management - Logistics, you will be co-responsible for managing a team of Data Product Owners (dotted line), ensuring alignment with ISC&S priorities, enterprise data, and process governance. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of supply chain intelligence, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will own the analysis, ideation, and certification process within the logistics domain.
This role requires close collaboration across domains, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI/ML and optimization, enhance system integration, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Product Strategy & Vision: Defining and leading the digital product vision and strategy for ISC&S within a large data domain with high strategic impact, ensuring alignment with the broader operating model and enterprise data strategy.
Product Portfolio Management: Overseeing the domain digital product portfolio, managing the lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Domain Collaboration: Partnering with other domain leaders to deliver interoperable and reusable digital products that support end-to-end supply chain and service operations.
AI/ML & Optimization Use Cases: Identifying and ideating opportunities for AI, machine learning, and optimization within the domain to drive efficiency, automation, and innovation.
System Change Impact Review: Evaluating the impact of system changes on digital products and ensuring alignment with business needs and technical architecture.
Data Product Development: Championing the implementation of Data Mesh principles, organizing master and transactional data into scalable, trusted data products.
Process Governance & Maturity: Implementing the defined governance framework for supply chain processes, ensuring standardization, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Supply Chain Intelligence: Building tools and frameworks to enhance visibility and decision-making across the global supply chain network within the assigned domain.
Change Management: Acting as a change agent, promoting simplification, standardization, and data democratization through the Data Marketplace.
Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong experience in supply chain or digital product management within a complex, global organization.
Proven experience in leading digital product strategies and managing cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success in implementing data mesh and AI/ML use cases in supply chain contexts.
Strong understanding of supply chain systems, data governance, and digital transformation.
Strong understanding of Data Modelling, Power BI, Collibra and Data Marketplace.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA with a focus on Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, or Data Analytics.
Experience with ERP systems, data and analytics, RPA, and other emerging technologies.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated environments.
Global experience with cross-cultural collaboration and supply chain dynamics.
