Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Azure) for a project with a Japanese trading company, focusing on maintaining and improving a dealership web app.

The customer is a Japanese global trading and investment company with over a century of experience. Operating in 64 countries, it is active in sectors such as metals, automotive, infrastructure, and energy, employs about 83,300 people worldwide.

The project is focused on the development and support of a web application and website for dealership center. It aims to provide customers with convenient access to information, services, and digital tools while ensuring smooth operation and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications on Azure App Services, AKS, and Azure Functions.
• Automating infrastructure provisioning with ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Managing Azure VMs, SQL Databases, Storage, and Networking (Load Balancer, Traffic Manager, VPN).
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for C#/.NET applications.
• Managing containerized applications using ACR and AKS.
• Configuring Azure AD, RBAC, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
• Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting with Azure Monitor and related tools.
• Ensuring security using Azure Security Center, Sentinel, Key Vault, and best practices.
• Administering Windows Server & Linux environments in Azure, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and application issues using Azure Diagnostics and Network Watcher.

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation, with a focus on Azure services & GCP for infrastructure provisioning and application deployment for 5+ years.
• Strong background in C#/.NET project development, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web API.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline development using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD, version control best practices, and DevOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, and Azure Functions , Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible , ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Experience in Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Service provisioning and database performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Azure Networking, including DNS, VPN, Load Balancing and Traffic Routing , firewall.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Azure environments, Linux and Windows Server administration, including IIS configuration.
• Knowledge of security best practices and cloud compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, New Relic).
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
