Accurate, high-quality data is essential for reliable reporting and efficient processes. This role exists to support and enhance the ongoing management and processing of data across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include reviewing data quality reports, collaborating closely with local offices to resolve issues, ensuring data integrity and completeness. The role will also focus on identifying recurring data pain points, monitoring quality trends, and supporting the implementation of improvements that drive operational efficiency.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent ZEDRA Values and furthermore have a high level of personal and interpersonal skills, building relationships with both clients and colleagues. The role holder is required to have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages an advantage.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitoring Key Areas – Oversee the quality and completeness of data in particular areas where problems may need to be mitigated.
- Stakeholder Communication – Maintain open communication with offices around the Group to drive improvements of data quality
- Quality Assurance – Ensure that data controlled is accurate, true, and complete.
- Risk Management/Quality Assessment – Identify potential areas which may show quality risks and identify if and how they can be monitored.
- Target Delivery – Maintain the quality of several batches of data, providing regular updates and consistent quality assurances in line with targets set by management.
Required skills/qualifications:
- University educated or have IT related qualifications
- Experience working within a financial services environment is preferable
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel
- Demonstrable experience of ensuring data quality
- Strong ability to analyse and identify key areas of concern
- Problem solving – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Continuous Learning: Ability to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
