Begin your LSEG story!
We're looking for colleagues with curiosity approach, tech savvy and growth mindset. At the beginning, we will provide you training to feel comfortable with regular tasks, however, we will also challenge you to look for ways to optimize work with use of new technologies.
Additionally, we premium language competencies - if you've learnt Spanish and/or Portuguese in the past (or currently) you will find it easier using translation tools to convert specific information from these languages to English.
Recruitment process:
Our main domain is fintech - finance and technology. Therefore, our priority for hiring colleagues is a wish to grow knowledge of financial markets and new technologies. Preparing for interview, embrace very basic understanding of:
- investment funds (e.g. mutual funds, pension funds, ETFs),
- asset classes and their risk degree (e.g. bonds, equities, derivatives),
- new technologies or basic programming (AI, MS Power Platform, e.g. Power BI, Power Automate; or VBA, Python, etc.).
As previous experience is not a requirement, we want to understand your motivation and plans. We will dig into what development means for you and what, and how you like learning. It's because we seek at hiring you for years not a short dead-end job.
Finally, we will check your language skills (Spanish/Portuguese are welcome, however not necessary) - no specific preparation needed on your side.
