Summary
The role of the D365 CRM Engineer focuses on leveraging expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to develop and customize CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective management of Azure CI/CD processes.
Main Responsibilities:
As a D365 CRM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing CRM solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications for various modules like Sales and Customer Service.
- Configure and build forms, views, and dashboards as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to customizations and integrations.
- Utilize Dynamics SDK for plugin development and managing workflows.
- Administer CRM using tools such as XRMToolBox.
- Implement Azure CI/CD processes to streamline deployments.
- Prepare for and pursue Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong background in .NET, JavaScript, C#, and SQL Server.
- Experience in plugin development and creating workflows and business rules.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
- Ability to work with Dynamics 365 REST/ODATA and SOAP APIs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Basic knowledge of ETL tools like SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience in the financial services sector.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
