Controlling Team Leader ( GBS)
Hiring Manager: Paweł Kołdunek
Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of controlling services
- Execute standard processes within the team according to the procedures
- Working closely with local business partners and external customers.
- Supporting team in solving problems on daily basis
- Managing respective team including prioritizing and assigning tasks to ensure effective use of team’s resources,
- Ensuring process execution in accordance with policies, legal regulations, internal controls and standards,
- Responsible for team’s performance, KPIs, meeting goals and deadlines,
- Establishing goals and objectives for team members and assessing their performance.
- People development, including yearly appraisals and development plans
- Collaborate actively in all operational controlling tasks
- Driving continuous improvement, process standardization and optimization.
- Working closely with other ADM leadership team members
- Coordinate transition projects
Requirements
- MA/BA degree in accountancy, economics or finance.
- At least 5 years’ experience in controlling or finance area
- Leadership experience preferable
- Fluent written and spoken English
- MS Office Skills, including advanced Excel literacy
- High problem solving and coordination skills;
- High customer and service orientation;
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
