- Manage and moderate our Polish-speaking Facebook groups and online communities.
- Respond to comments, posts, and messages in a timely, respectful, and brand-aligned manner.
- Encourage engagement and keep discussions healthy, helpful, and aligned with community guidelines.
- Flag and remove spam or inappropriate content.
- Support content and campaign launches by engaging with community members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for aligned messaging and feedback.
