Position Overview
The Commercial Team plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities include pricing, profitability analysis, financial modeling, and advising the C-Suite. The role focuses on all business lines, such as Enterprise connectivity, IoT connectivity, consumer connectivity and eSIM-related SaaS, ensuring sustainable growth and maximizing profitability across these critical areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing and profitability management. Conduct thorough analysis of pricing data to provide optimum margin. Utilize financial models and tools to evaluate the impact of different pricing scenarios on revenue and profitability.
- Business case analysis and contribution margin calculations. Advise C-Suite regarding various business cases. Prepare financial models, perform detailed contribution margin calculations for various products, services, and projects.
- Risk analysis. Conduct comprehensive risk analysis by evaluating financial data, traffic patterns, and potential risks to identify factors that could impact the deal’s profitability. Provide insights and recommendations to mitigate financial risks and support strategic decision-making.
- Deal approval management. Maintain a structured deal approval process, ensuring all deals are thoroughly reviewed, evaluated, and approved within established guidelines. Collaborate with stakeholders from sales, finance, legal, product and technology teams to streamline the deal approval workflow. Present analysis results and get approval from the Executive Board.
- Commercial model development. Come up with innovative commercial models that align with customer’s business model and provide monetization of innovative technology products.
- Contribution in strategic corporate projects. Take part in various company-wide projects including cost optimization, product development and strategic partnerships. Support decision making process by preparing robust financial models, providing profitability insights, and cooperating with other teams within the company.

Must Have
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Exceptional financial modelling and pricing experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate data ambiguity by conducting swift research and making precise, well-informed assumptions.
- Fluent English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with sales team, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
