Position name: CNC Operator
Reporting to: Team Leader
SUMMARY:
The purpose of the position is to ensure continuity of production by operating machines and processes in accordance with station instructions and best practices.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Security
1. Compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection rules.
2. Responding to and reporting any security threats.
Quality
1. Ensuring cleanliness and order at the workplace and its surroundings.
2. Responsibility for product quality in the serviced area.
3. Carrying out inspections and tests in accordance with workplace instructions.
4. Compliance with good production practices and applicable standards.
Costs
1. Ongoing process control in terms of raw material consumption.
Realization of the production plan
1. Production plan realization according to the schedule.
2. Ongoing control of the parameters of the operated equipment/machines.
3. Responding to possible equipment failures or technical problems and reporting them (Red Tag).
4. Informing the Team Leader about any technical problem or defect in the operated equipment/machine.
5. Implementation of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) plans in accordance with the schedule

OBLIGATIONS AND POWERS:
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and principles is the employee's basic obligation.
In particular, the employee is obliged to:
1. know the regulations and principles of occupational health and safety, take part in training and instruction in this field and take the required examinations;
2. perform work in a manner consistent with the provisions and principles of occupational health and safety and follow the orders and instructions issued by superiors in this respect;
3. take care of the proper condition of machines, devices, tools and equipment as well as order and tidiness in the workplace;
4. use collective protective equipment, as well as use assigned personal protective equipment and work clothes and footwear, in accordance with their intended use;
5. undergo initial, periodic, control and other recommended medical examinations and follow medical recommendations;
6. immediately notify the superior about an accident noticed at the workplace or a threat to human life or health, and warn co-workers as well as other people in the danger area about the danger threatening them;
7. immediately inform your superior about your absences, such as on-demand leave, planned leave due to occupational medicine tests, blood donation;
8. cooperate with the employer and superiors in fulfilling safety obligations and occupational hygiene.
COMPETENCES:
- Experience in workitng with CNC machines
- Secondary Education
- Ability to read and work with technical drawings and technical documentation
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and methods
- Teamwork skills, accuracy and commitment
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
