In this role, you’ll:

• support the global Non-Financial Risk Management team in helping the Investment Bank apply its risk framework
• assist with key risk processes like controls, issues, events, and escalations
• help with risk assessments and explore trends and areas for improvement
• offer guidance to colleagues on non-financial risk topics
• work closely with teammates to make our processes more consistent, efficient, and simple

You’ll be part of the Investment Bank’s Non-Financial Risk Management team based in Krakow. We’re the first line of defence, helping the Front Office manage non-financial risks and improve how we assess and report them. Our mission is to make risk management simpler and smarter—and we’re excited to welcome new talent to help us do that.

We’re not expecting you to know everything—what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

Here’s what will help you succeed:

• strong English skills, both written and spoken
• great communication and a collaborative mindset
• openness to learning and improving how things are done
• ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
• a proactive approach and interest in growing your skills
• basic familiarity with MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• (nice to have) any exposure to risk management, audit, process work, or financial services
