Overview:
The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing data analysis and reporting within the Business Technology, Innovation, Product Development and Analytics department. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to transform data into actionable insights, developing and maintaining BI solutions, and contributing to the overall data strategy.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in data to support business decisions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence.
- Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
Qualifications:
- Typically Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years of position related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and soft skills to present findings clearly.
