Tasks
- Regular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements.
- Review designs and approaches with the business ahead of implementation to collect feedback.
- Demo the system to business stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the backlog of requirements.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management.
Expectations
- At least 5 years working experience as a business analyst .
- Experience with a validated environment (pharma preffered).
- Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) - will be a huge advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile SDLC
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Persistence in finding the right solution to issues.
- Life sciences ( pharmaceuticals or CRO) experience preferred.
