- perience within data management and analyzing large data sets and data quality, have hands on proficient level of eperience on SQL and MS E

- have knowledge in Credit Risk and/or Market Risk domain including regulatory reporting,
- have understanding of Data Modelling being able to interpret logical and conceptual data models,
- have strong requirements management skills,

- pertise up to date and have the ambition to continuously improve yourself on a personal and professional level,
- you are very analytical and take decisions based on data and facts,

- retail banking products knowledge including financial reporting perspective.

Your responsibilities:
- be involved in Change & Run bank’s data management activities,
- collect & write the detailed business data quality requirements,
- implement or support implementation of the Data Quality Rules,
- create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards using BI Tools,
- read and understand regulatory requirements,
- support the Data Engineers in creating tools used in data quality monitoring,
- report on the progress and communicate the dependencies and impediments to stakeholders, contribute to e
- isting principles, standards, guidelines and way of working to continuously improve them,
- support gathering evidence that the process meets Data Management Process Control Standards,
- support the development and configuration of the solution.
Information about the squad:
You will be part of the Risk Data Tribe within which is part of COO Risk. The position is placed in Risk Hub – a business unit which main aim is to shape the future of risk modelling and data analysis in Poland. We are also part of global, cross-location tribe Risk Data and we work with colleagues in Amsterdam, Warsaw and Manila. The Risk Data provides correct and harmonized data for its processing and to enable the change from report-driven to data-driven, while also enabling department to manage its end-to-end data flow in a structured and standardized way.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Data Management Epert III”.
