Summary:
This role focuses on transitioning from an internal workflow automation tool to VMware vRealize Automation v8, helping modernize automation within the organization. Team members are located in Denmark, Poland, Finland, and India.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing new activity elements and workflows while guiding less experienced team members.
- Developing new activity elements.
- Building workflows in the orchestrator or Cloud Assembly.
- Guiding and supporting less experienced developers in VRA.
- Assisting in setting up the VRA platform.
- Working based on documentation, requirements, and instructions.
- Building integrations with other applications and systems.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in workflow automation and development of XaaS services.
- Experience with vRealize Automation 8.x, especially vRealize Orchestrator.
- Proficiency in one or more languages: Powershell, Python, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Experience with Atlassian products, especially Bitbucket and Jira.
- Understanding of YAML and JSON.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding Node.js and experience with self-service portals or content management platforms.
