Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create the design of equipment, systems, or installations or modifies the pre-engineered designs for assignments by applying standard design concepts. Each day, you will assist in designing engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to specification. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.

This role is contributing to the Energy Industries Division projects located in Genoa.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Designing and integrating the complete electrical power plant, including conceptual design, component sizing, and system integration.
Preparing technical documentation, such as single-line diagrams (OLD), schematic and wiring diagrams, technical specifications, and data sheets for main equipment.
Managing electrical data and lists, including load lists and cable lists.
Simulating electrical systems using MATLAB, ensuring accurate modeling and analysis.
Identifying and resolving engineering challenges, proposing innovative solutions and overseeing issue resolution through testing completion.

Qualifications for the role
You hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering
Good analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and situations, identify root causes and solutions
Autonomous in organizing and planning assigned tasks
Proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on results
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong written and verbal communication abilities
You are at ease communicating in english and italian
