APQP Engineer

Your tasks
As an APQP Quality Engineer, you will be in charge to ensure product and process quality from development to production.
- Leading quality planning activities according to AIAG APQP manual and customer specifications until Start of Production, by promoting and applying Automotive core Tool (FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D)
- Moderating and releasing FMEAs
- Leading the creation and implementation of Control Plans until Start of Production and supporting the Control Plans updating during production
- Evaluating and approving production samples and processes
- Preparing PPAP documentation for customers.
- Supporting customer and internal audits and tracking action plans
- Managing customer platforms and supporting IMDS data submissions
- Handling complaints and non-conformities during development and launch stage according to problem solving approach
- Supporting problem-solving during production phase
- Collaborating with international, cross-functional project teams
- Supporting program management in customer communications regarding APQP status
- Support changes in production during product life cycle
Your profile
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced professional with:
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP/VDA, PPAP/PPA, and automotive core tools
- VDA 6.3 auditor certification (a plus)
- Familiarity with software tools/platforms like BABTEC, SupplyOn, IMDS
- 3+ years of experience in quality and project management within the automotive sector
- Experience managing complex, international, multi-site projects
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish
- Escalation management experience and a sense of urgency
- High quality awareness and cross-process thinking
- Willingness to travel and work in a team-oriented environment
