As an API Integration & Support Manager (m/f/d), you will be ensuring a smooth API integrations, and serve as the link between technical and business teams. You will be a part of our international team with a truly global scope, collaborating with colleagues and partners across multiple regions, ensuring seamless integrations and driving best practices that support our worldwide business operations.
About the Role
- Lead the technical onboarding of new partners, ensuring seamless integration with our APIs and services
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing API integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to collect and analyze integration requirements
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine and evolve API specifications based on partner feedback and business needs
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
About You
- Proven experience in API integration, technical project management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API gateways is a plus
- A strong foundation in software engineering, computer science, or business informatics, paired with experience in partner-facing roles and familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage
