Are you an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an AP Accountant to support key financial processes such as invoice processing, intercompany transactions, and travel expense auditing.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the quality and timeliness of processing invoices, travel expense reports, and intercompany transactions (IC).
Support the organization with accounting knowledge and perform operational tasks.
Key Tasks
- Post PO and non-PO invoices according to Hempel procedures.
- Audit and post travel expense reports (Concur, Detect).
- Register and reconcile IC transactions, confirm balances.
- Verify the correctness of postings (cost centers, units, VAT, employee ID).
- Reconcile AP-GL accounts, posting accruals, perform currency revaluations.
- Contact suppliers, employees, and local teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Create and update process documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ad hoc reporting.
- Participate in projects assigned by superiors
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or related field (can be in progress).
- Minimum 3 year of experience as an accountant.
- Very good knowledge of English (second language is welcome).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with AX/D365/SAP, Concur, Detect – would be an asset.
