We are now looking for an Air Freight Director to lead and develop our air freight operations in Poland.
What you will do
As our Air Freight Director, you will play a strategic role in driving our growth within the air freight segment.
You will:
- Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing Air Freight team
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue
- Lead negotiations and build long-term partnerships
- Ensure budget implementation and financial control
- Collaborate closely with the regional and global network
- Shape the long-term direction of our Air Freight offering in Poland
What we’re looking for
You are a senior logistics professional with a passion for results and people. You bring:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Transport & Logistics, with a strong focus on Air Freight
- Proven leadership skills and a track record in business development
- Solid understanding of Air and Ocean products (multiproduct experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Strong analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in English and Polish
