At this point, Zelh is looking for a Dispatcher for our third-party logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field personnel as needed.
Coordinate and track job assignments, ensuring timely responses.
Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams regarding service status.
Maintain accurate logs of all communications, dispatch activities, and service requests.
Troubleshoot and escalate urgent issues as necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and on-call staff.
Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Working schedule:
Monday night – Tuesday morning: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM EDT
Tuesday night – Wednesday morning: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM EDT

Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or call center operations preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.
Proficiency in dispatching software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (if remote).
Flexibility to work weekend shifts and occasional holiday coverage.
