Katowice is also the location for our second structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
- Processing the accounting data into company accounting system;
- Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial reports in accordance with HGB, IFRS or US GAAP close cooperation with the team leader and the team
- Preparation and review of financial reports
- Performing different reconciliations as requested by client or manager
- Monitoring payment transactions
- Work in a team in solving accounting and tax issues;
- Communication and cooperation with the clients of the company
- Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.
Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:
At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience;- A degree in Accounting, Business or a closely related field;
- Very good knowledge in accounting and tax legislations; German Gaap knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with DATEV software is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate and interact well with clients, business partners and colleagues;
- Willingness and ability to work in a team;
- Ability to excel in challenging and fast-paced environments;
- Fluency in English and intermediate level of German both written and spoken is essential;
- Basic MS Office package skills are essential;
