Tolling Coordinator – EMEA Region

Are you a proactive planner with a passion for operational excellence? FMC is looking for a Third Party Manufacturing Coordinator Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of 3rd party manufacturing across our EMEA network. In this role, you’ll coordinate production planning, material procurement, and scheduling with external partners, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of finished goods.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate 3rd Party Manufacturing: Manage detailed scheduling, material planning, and production ordering for assigned third-party manufacturers.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with supply chain, QA/QC, technical, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations across 25+ tolling sites in the region.
Ensure Supply Continuity: Prepare and confirm supply plans, escalate risks, and resolve issues that could impact delivery timelines or product quality.
Manage External Relationships: Liaise with tollers’ customer service and planning teams, and support coordination with label specialists for packaging readiness.
Drive Compliance & Improvement: Support a culture of compliance, supply reliability, and continuous improvement across the tolling network.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing (experience in multiple functions is a plus).
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, and Power BI
Strong understanding of supply chain processes such as inventory management, production scheduling, and integrated business planning.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., chemicals or agrochemicals) is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external partnerships.
