Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
The Innovation tribe aims to leverage new technologies and trends to develop products, services, and capabilities that address market inefficiencies and strengthen Euroclear’s role in market infrastructure. To support its growth and ambitions, we are reinforcing the team with a Test Automation Engineer to work within an agile environment.
The Test Automation Engineer is integral to software delivery activities, focusing on writing automated tests and performing manual testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product owner and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, translating them into test cases and scenarios, and automating them.
- Design, implement, and execute automated test cases for API and web applications to validate functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of professional experience with C#.
- Good knowledge of API testing.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and DevOps.
- Understanding of semantic HTML and CSS, and UI testing frameworks (Playwright).
- Experience using Git in a professional/workplace environment.
- Deep knowledge of quality and how to improve quality processes.
- Demonstrated experience working through the entire software development life cycle within an agile context.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester) or relevant professional certifications.
- Experience with Angular.
- Experience with Test Driven Development.
