Test and Validation Engineer

We offer flexible options for cooperation, including:

You can choose to work:

• On-site at our office in Jawor.
• Remotely from anywhere, with the possibility of occasional in-office meetings.
• Hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work based on your preference and project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Developing test plans for prototypes and final products.
• Performing functional, environmental and performance tests.
• Document test results and recommend fixes.

Requirements and Expectations for Test and Validation Engineer:

• Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in test engineering, validation, or a similar role (minimum 2–5 years).

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, validation processes, and quality assurance principles.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software integration testing.
  • Knowledge of electronics, embedded systems, or mechanical systems depending on the product domain.

• Tools and Software:

  • Proficiency in using test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand, Python-based tools).
  • Familiarity with data acquisition systems and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
  • Experience with bug tracking and version control tools (e.g., Jira, Git).

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and protocols.
  • Excellent documentation skills to record test results and prepare validation reports.

• Standards and Compliance:

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to testing (e.g., ISO, IEC).
  • Understanding of safety and environmental compliance requirements.

• Personal Qualities:

  • Attention to detail and precision in executing and documenting tests.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to handle complex and dynamic testing scenarios.

• Flexibility:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site testing or collaboration with clients and partners.
  • Availability to work in a lab environment and adapt to varying schedules when needed.
