Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
- The first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues.
- Recognizing customer needs.
- Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
- Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.
- Participation in specialized training.
- Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
- You will help with repairs, warranties, parts and minor defects.
- Match products to customers in response to their needs.
- Work with a CRM system – great if you are familiar with SAS Customer Intelligence.
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in German Language, C1 level.
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
- Previous experience in Customer service or Technical support will be a plus.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
- Computer and Internet literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
