We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the acquiring, gambling, and fintech industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback collection, and offer process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, job requirements, and role priorities
- Draft and publish compelling job descriptions, and manage postings on job boards and platforms
- Follow recruitment procedures to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and legal regulations
- Source candidates using a variety of methods including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to understand experience and assess cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and documentation
- Provide positive onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Support internal HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities, events, and company-wide communications
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Around 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-oriented environment
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, candidate evaluation, and behavioral interviewing
- Experience of using ATS systems and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, scheduling tools)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proactive and collaborative approach to working with internal teams
- Fluent in English and Russian — both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
- Experience hiring within regulated industries.
- Background working in fast-scaling tech or product-oriented companies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workable, Smart Recruiters).

Salary Information:
