About the Role:
Point Wild's People Experience team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. If you consider yourself to be motivated and a self-starter and are looking for an opportunity to build, lead and grow in your professional career then this is a great role for you! This person will be reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, with tons of visibility into Leadership and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all recruiting activity in eastern europe supporting our Engineering and Product hiring initiatives.
- Effectively manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high volume periods
- Find and engage candidates and help them envision life at Point Wild, while providing world class candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to deeply understand their teams and goals and continue to educate them on the recruiting process
- Identify new ways to build awareness of Point Wild in new hiring markets and help us continue to create employer branding
- Organize and lead interview recaps and drive the offer approval, extension and negotiation process
- Maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Greenhouse and other recruiting tools
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience recruiting high level Software Engineering, AI, Data and Product professionals.
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced startup style environment in the Tech/SaaS industry.
- Natural ability to remain motivated and driven to complete tasks and reach your goals while being an impactful contributor to the company
- Excellent recruiting and closing techniques
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
- Able to confidently represent Point Wild with professionalism both internally and externally
