All about the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting reliability tests of tumble dryers in accordance with applicable regulations and testing procedures developed by Electrolux. Conducting laboratory tests in accordance with the procedures described in International Standards, test protocols directed to consumer institutes, and testing manuals developed by Electrolux. Gathering data through digital systems and assisting in the preparation of test documentation, managing prototypes and laboratory equipment, as well as performing other functional laboratory tasks, such as preparing and managing test loads.
In detail, you will:
Carrying out operational tests according to international standards and internal procedures.
Providing feedback on the tests performed to the supervisor or team members.
Ensuring tests are carried out and results delivered according to the project schedule.
Support in generating test documentation in line with internal standards.
Collaborate with the R&D department and other departments within the organization.
Who you are:
High school diploma, preferably with a technical focus.
1-2 years of experience as a lab, quality control, or production operator.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of laboratory equipment and data acquisition systems is a plus.
Ability to prepare and present technical documentation is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks.
