Finance is seeking a Sustainability Disclosure & Reporting Specialist to assist in the development and compliance with mandatory ESG disclosures and reporting requirements, including those under Part 8 of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), the EU Taxonomy Regulation, and the CSRD Directive.
The individual will be part of the Sustainability Reporting & Disclosure Controller Team, supporting the preparation and delivery of the SSEHG Group Disclosure Report in both German and English.

Responsibilities
- Own the administration and ongoing management of the Workiva tool, ensuring its effective use across multiple ESG-related reporting processes.
- Support the quarterly update of the Disclosure Report and annual EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and other ESG-related disclosures.
- Assist in processing ESG data and contribute to the technical implementation in the Regulatory Reporting software.
- Help implement ESG risk templates under Art. 499a CRR and support the development of EU Taxonomy and CSRD disclosure templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across overlapping sustainability-related disclosures.
- Contribute to the review of disclosures in German and English for consistency and clarity.
- Prepare materials for internal meetings and project updates.
- Assist in maintaining the control framework and validating data inputs, especially for new sustainability-related components.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Legal, or a related field
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Financial or Regulatory Reporting, preferably with exposure to ESG or sustainability topics
- Familiarity with CRR and EU Taxonomy is a plus
- Experience working in a deadline-driven, controls-focused environment
- Business fluent in English; German is an asset
