For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:
Supply Chain Specialist with German-hybrid

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and verify orders in SAP system,
- Respond to Customer queries via e-mail,
- Coordinate the process of preparing/sending/delivery of the order,
- Take care of Customer experience,
- Process returns and claims.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good command of German and English (min. B2),
- Knowledge of Windows and MS Office,
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work,
- Previous work experience on similar jobs,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Problem solving orientation,
- Knowledge of SAP.
