Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Creating and implementing purchasing strategies for subordinate material groups – both for new projects and supporting ongoing operations.
- Searching for, identifying, and selecting appropriate suppliers within a given area of expertise – also supporting supplier performance analysis and quality assurance.
- Coordinating and implementing cost-saving projects for subordinate material groups. Preparing and obtaining requests for proposals.
- Negotiating terms with suppliers.
- Conducting cost analyses for new projects and monitoring operating costs for subordinate material groups.
- Coordinating and managing supplier relationships – continuous improvement and change management.
- Assisting in resolving issues related to parts shortages and deliveries, when necessary.
- Working in an intensive and cross-functional environment – daily contact and collaboration with suppliers, individual departments, and project teams.
- Higher education (fields related to purchasing, logistics, production management, etc.) preferred
- Experience in purchasing/logistics
- Ability to work with and interpret engineering documentation and technical data
- Effective communication, negotiation skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English (minimum B2) - required
- Highly developed organizational skills and project management skills
- Knowledge of MAPICS MRP systems - preferred
