We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team, with a unique blend of WordPress development expertise and hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms including HubSpot and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
This role bridges the gap between our marketing and engineering teams. You’ll work on projects that connect our core web stack — including WordPress, our e-commerce engine, and LMS — to marketing automation tools and customer data platforms. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress-based systems (PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
- Build integrations between our LMS, e-commerce engine, and HubSpot using REST APIs.
- Configure and deploy custom events, triggers, and conversions in Google Tag Manager.
- Handle data syncing and automation between web properties and marketing platforms.
- Customize and maintain HubSpot forms, properties, workflows, and deal pipelines via APIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to implement campaign tracking and analytics.
- Troubleshoot and optimize marketing tech implementations across the stack.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of web development experience, preferably with WordPress (PHP/JS).
- Solid understanding of HubSpot (especially APIs, forms, properties, and deals).
- Experience working with Google Tag Manager and configuring custom tracking.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of marketing automation, conversion tracking, and lead management workflows.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and LMS integration is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
