Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and evolving scalable core .NET services that power the recruitment process for our clients — all within an event-driven architecture and with an openness to exploring and adopting emerging technologies that can enhance our solutions.
As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-performance backend solutions, shape architectural decisions, and actively contribute to the evolution of our distributed systems platform. Your responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET-based backend services in a distributed, event-driven architecture
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, plan, and implement new features
Explore, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and tools that can improve scalability, reliability, or developer efficiency
Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit/integration testing, and continuous delivery practices
Take part in architectural discussions and decisions affecting multiple services and domains
Contribute to improving our engineering culture, tools, and processes, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and innovation
Qualifications
Proven experience in backend development using .NET (C#), including ASP.NET Core
Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, messaging patterns, and distributed systems (Kafka, SQS)
Experience with cloud-native development (preferably in AWS or Azure)
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Solid understanding of Entity Framework / EF Core
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Good knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
Understanding of application security best practices (e.g., OWASP, OAuth2, JWT)
Openness to experimenting with new technologies, frameworks, and approaches to continuously improve our platform
