What you will do
We are a group of developers, testers, and architects, and we are looking for a new colleague - an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (Angular) to join our team!
Our team is building a new Volvo product that will enable the Volvo Group to develop innovative services around Spare Parts. The first iteration of this new product will focus on one of our Business Areas - Volvo Construction Equipment. Later, we will expand to other areas within the Group.
The purpose of this new application layer is to increase flexibility in our business offerings, which also requires improvements in the IT landscape. This project offers many opportunities, but also challenges: we need to process large data volumes, meet high performance demands, and ensure robustness. To meet these goals, we work with modern technologies and agile methodologies. The application will be built on Azure Public Cloud and follow a microservices architecture.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and user interfaces using Angular as part of a larger application
- Modify and enhance existing software to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate in the agile development process, including work estimation and planning
Who are you?
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Angular/JavaScript (TypeScript)
- Solid knowledge of RESTful API integration
- Experience working with modern frontend development tools and best practices
- Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, or message queues is a plus
Nice to have (a strong plus):
- Experience with backend technologies: Java (Spring Boot)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments
