Types of tasks
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for contract and permanent roles, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using direct sourcing, modern recruiting methods, and market-specific strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job postings, and design effective interview and assessment processes
- Provide market insights and serve as a trusted advisor on talent availability, hiring trends, and recruitment best practices
- Drive the offer and closing process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Develop strong relationships with recruitment agencies; manage KPIs, performance tracking, and quality assurance
- Support employer branding and candidate attraction by selecting appropriate channels and organizing recruiting events
- Coach and train hiring managers on recruitment techniques and tools to enhance hiring effectiveness
- Participate in testing and scaling new talent acquisition practices to improve business engagement and hiring outcomes
- Selecting the best solutions within the framework of the adopted general qualitative and quantitative standards of work, taking into account the impact of changing external conditions
- Carrying out development work, improving solutions, creating new management and work organization instruments focused on increasing efficiency and optimal use of resources
- Making decisions based on the policy and strategy adopted in the Company and based on a good orientation of the so-called best practices on the market
- Job location also in Gdańsk
Knowledge and experience
- Precise knowledge of the specifics and nature of recruitment tasks is required
- At least 5 years of practical experience in recruitment for roles based in Germany or Austria is a must
- German language C1
- Knowledge of German labour law and remuneration is a plus
