Join Dott as Senior Finance Business Partner (all genders) for the West & South Europe region. In this high-impact finance role, you'll shape financial strategy, oversee full P&Ls, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational decisions. As part of the regional leadership team, you'll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills. THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
Budgeting, Forecasting & Scenario Planning
- Lead the annual budget and re-forecast processes, aligning regional plans with group strategy
- Collaborate with regional management to ensure inputs are robust and coherent
- Assess competitive, market, and regulatory developments and their impact on our group strategy
- Conduct ad hoc and scenario analysis (e.g. go-to-market-strategies, market entry/exit, new tenders)
Profit & Loss Management
- Drive ownership of the regional P&L with the Regional General Manager (RGM), identifying key performance drivers and managing expectations
- Collaborate with Regional Controllership to ensure accurate monthly reporting
- Deeply understand cost structures and report detailed cost drivers
Performance Management & Reporting
- Lead analysis of all financial performance & facilitate robust variance analysis
- Produce professional, insightful reports for monthly and quarterly reviews
- Support RGM to anticipate and prepare for for senior-level performance meetings
- Communicate financial insights effectively to non-finance teams
Business Performance & Insight
- Act as a regional performance expert, connecting KPIs to financial outcomes
- Use dashboards and our Business Intelligence tool (Tableau) to maintain a deep understanding of business performance
Business Partnering & Processes
- Build strong relationships across Finance and non-Finance teams (e.g. Operations, Commercial, Procurement)
- Liaise with Regional Management to optimise short term working capital management
- Identify and implement scalable, automated tools and processes
- Provide additional local finance support as needed
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or related field
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in consumer-facing and/or international businesses
- Experience business partnering with senior leadership
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- High commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Track record in driving process improvement within scaling finance functions
Language & Location:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Based in Wroclaw or willing to relocate
