This role is based in Poland and focuses on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to drive innovation and excellence in our product offerings. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of products within the PL01 family, from conception to end-of-life, ensuring optimal performance and sustainability.
- Design Innovation: Lead the design and development of new products and enhancements, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to align product development with business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and quality control measures to ensure products meet Danfoss standards and customer expectations.
- Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainable practices into product design and lifecycle management, supporting Danfoss's commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design and lifecycle management, with a strong background in mechanical products.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in 3D CAD software and PLM tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
