WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
3+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer-focused industries- Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering business impact
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and commercial strategy
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Experience in planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting purposes
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and drive execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
- English (business communication proficiency)
