We are looking for a highly organised and data-driven functional Senior Business Analyst to join our Compliance Product Team. This role will be fast-faced and will support a number of stakeholders within the business (Compliance Operations) and drive positive change.
Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Senior Business Analyst:
- You’ll gather, define, maintain functional requirement specifications in collaboration with stakeholders ranging from Product, Engineers, Customer Support, Finance, Compliance & Fraud and Operational teams;
- You will translate stakeholders’ business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, including business process diagrams;
- You will validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environments together with our Product Manager and Engineering Team
- You will demonstrate your ability to manage multiple sources of information and master the specification of solutions based on a wide spectrum of technologies and techniques, such as web services;
- You will prepare and conduct requirement workshops, walkthroughs, critical reviews, and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives;
- You will be expected to generate and compile reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues;
- Also to look at data and processes for an understanding of where to implement improvements.
Here’s what we’d love from our new Senior Business Analyst:
- 3+ years working within Business analyst/ Technical Product Owner role with the previous experience in the financial services industry (banks or Fintech Startups), in Financial Crime, AML, Compliance areas;
- A data-driven and technical mindset that enables you to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), strong analytical problem-solving skills with diligent attention to detail and quality of output;
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and generating process documentation (including gap analysis, process and data mapping), preferably proficient in diagramming tools (eg. Miro, Lucidchart);
- Track record of collaborating with software engineering teams with the experience with agile software delivery methodologies;
- Experience working with external vendors in the Compliance and Financial Crime space – including tools and services for fraud monitoring, customer screening, and other risk-related processes.
- Good communication skills to deliver the right message across the whole organisation also being a Quick learner with an Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment and to select right tools to reach business requirements;
- Clear passion and enthusiasm for your work.
And if you can also do this stuff, even better:
- Proficiency in SQL – comfortable writing queries to analyse data, support decision-making, and collaborate effectively with Engineering and Data teams.
- Experience in developing and mapping processes within a compliance framework.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Monthly salary starting from €4500 (net), depending on the level of experience.
- Annual Leave: 20 Days.
- In Poland, we are only able to offer B2B contracts.
