About the Team
As a Workday Field Services Sales Executive for our Professional Services Sales organization, you will be responsible for planning, management, and execution of all Professional Services business development activities in your area.This is a key team member role of the Workday Services Sales team, working alongside Workday's Software Account Executives and Digital Account Executives, driving Subscription sales in our Medium Enterprise business. You will also work with our Customer Success team driving customer happiness through our professional services.

About the Role
You will be a key point of contact for our customers and the Customer Success organization. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound requests and leading discovery sessions to identify client needs and propose solutions.
You'll be responsible for developing cost guidance and securing internal approvals from Workday's leadership before crafting and presenting formal Statements of Work and Professional Services Agreements to customers. A crucial aspect of this role is negotiating and finalizing all business and legal terms.
You will also participate in customer-facing meetings, working with our executive team to tackle problems and recommend strategic solutions.
Our team efforts will be instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining positive relationships with our most valuable customers.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working within a Professional Services organization
- 3+ years proven experience with Financial Management or HCM software applications
- Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce.com or Zimit software applications

- Fluency in English and either German, French, Spanish or Italian
- Adept at growing in a fast-paced, lean environment.
