Key Responsibilities
Month-End Close & Corporate reporting
- Supervise the closing of the month/quarter/year
- Perform BS and PL analysis, providing detailed explanations for variances
- Complete company SOX certification within required timeframes
- Review and analyze account balances to identify errors and inconsistencies
- Work with shared service center, outsourced providers, and business partners to ensure all financial statements are reported in line with JLL accounting policy
Financial Audit & Compliance
- Support local controllership team and outsourced providers in preparation of statutory financial statements
- Work with external auditors during statutory annual audit processes
- Prepare statistical reports for governance agencies
- Support preparation of monthly CIT/VAT calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit requirements
- Support revenue recognition compliance through supervision and verification activities
- Verify transfer pricing calculation and allocation of costs across entities
Business Support
- Support business partnering and business functions in daily tasks
- Support AP, AR, C2B and GL teams operations
- Support efficiency improvement projects
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of Polish accounting standards and reporting requirements
- At least intermediate English language proficiency
- Strong financial, analytical skills and critical thinking
- Team player who contributes to own and team objectives
- Proactive problem-solving
- Sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
- Statutory audit experience would be an asset
- Experience with financial systems (Oracle)
- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards
