As a Salesforce Software Tester, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our application meet high-quality standards before release. Your primary goal is to identify defects and ensure that the product performs optimally under various scenarios.
This role requires a solid understanding of Salesforce testing methodologies and tools and will be responsible for focusing on the quality and functionality of Salesforce.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Test Planning and Execution. In this task you will be responsible for development, documentation, and execution test cases, test plans, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and system testing.
- Defect Identification where you need to identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
- Close work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Contribution to the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts.
- Participation in code reviews, test case reviews, and contribute to process improvements within the QA team.
- Creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test case specifications, test results, and testing reports.
- Assisting in identifying risks and potential impact areas to ensure effective testing and mitigation strategies.
- Validation the software for usability, performance, and scalability across different devices and platforms.
It would be great if you:
- have Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience;
- are experienced test developer with 3-5 years hands on practice in software testing (Salesforce knowledge is a must);
- have a strong understanding of manual and automated testing practices;
- worked with development & testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar;
- understand software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
- have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues;
- demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively report bugs and collaborate with the development team;
- have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensure the highest quality of software releases.
