The role will be focused on the development of sales in the PBU (Poland, Baltic States) region for specific customer accounts in the Renewable Energy Market with a special focus on industrial scale power generating assets, wind turbine parks, solar plants, battery Storage, hydro power, Hybrid Energy Systems, including energy generation based on Hydrogen, retrofits of renewable energy plants. You will have a defined sales target to achieve and operate within established policy guidelines. For this role, it is important to develop new customer accounts as required to meet business objectives and ensure bookings and margin objectives are achieved for the territory.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop new customer accounts (cold canvassing) in the Renewable Energy Market.
- Maintain, develop and extend relationships with existing customers on different levels in the organization
- Drive offer establishment and perform contract negotiations.
- Actively visit customers to promote the assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services
- Work with the Renewable Market accounts to understand long range project investments.
- Understand customer business drivers and demonstrate linkage between products/solutions to customer’s needs (pains) and business objectives.
- Participating in customer development activities like trade shows, fairs, conferences seeking to promote the sale of new products, solutions and services to specific Renewable Market account

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor or University Degree in an appropriate engineering field (automation, electrical, control process or similar field) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales, in the Renewable Energy Market Segment (Wind, Solar (industrial) and/or Battery Storage), with relevant and demonstrable network of specific customers.
- Strong technical skills and background in the Renewables marketplace, with knowledge of power plant operations, processes and management including an understanding of distributed control systems.
- Very good interpersonal skills and proven capability of deep understanding of sales process, advanced level of sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Polish and English Languages – written, spoken
- Travelling to customer site within country and as well abroad travelling (50% of time) - driving license needed.
