Your daily tasks:
- Be the primary contact for supplier and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions
- Process vendor and employee payments accurately and on time
- Audit employee expenses and maintain corporate credit cards
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor account status
- Ensure compliance with tax and local statutory requirements
- Maintain and improve process documentation for S2P activities
- Collaborate with FSC India to secure end-to-end process efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance
What your background should look like
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in finance & accounting (shared services environment preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English (B2+)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
