As a key member of our Global Real Estate Support Team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the globe to provide financial insights, analysis and support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Workplace Transformation, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and make a tangible difference in a global organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crunch the Numbers: Analyze and report on real estate spend by collaborating with finance teams across the company.
- Support Strategic Decisions: Support RE Teams worldwide in creating and reviewing business cases and financial documents
- Forecast the Future: Assist in planning and forecasting facilities savings and expenditures.
- Drive Transformation: Partner with RE Teams worldwide to track financials and provide insights for ongoing real estate initiatives.
- Special Projects: Dive into ad hoc analyses and administrative tasks to support the team’s success.
- Present with Impact: Summarize findings and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years in financial data analysis (bonus points for real estate or facilities experience!).
- Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Finance Knowledge: A solid understanding of general finance principles and processes.
- Skills: A meticulous, well-organized team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Work Ethic: Independent, proactive, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.
- Global Mindset: Comfortable attending calls across US/EMEA time zones.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
